The Rules
- Matches will be 15 minutes each way.
- Only 2 substitutes maximum are allowed per game.
- Each team will consist of 4 female players and 4 male players of whom 2 men and 2 ladies are placed in each zone.

Nominations for JCR elections are now open. Nomination forms can be obtained outside the JCR Office in the Porters Lodge. Upon completing the nominations form please post under the JCR Office door and you will be contacted soon after with information you need for the elections.
